1. Who we are
The controller of the personal data collected on this website is Grupo Pereiras - Construção & Imobiliária, S.A. (“Grupo Pereiras”, “we”), with its registered office at Praça Conde de Agrolongo 15, 4700-312 Braga, Portugal. For any privacy question, contact us at geral@grupopereiras.pt.
2. What data we process, why, and on what legal basis
- Contact form. Name, email, phone (optional), subject and message. Purpose: to answer your request and follow up on pre-contractual steps. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (point (b)).
- Usage statistics (only if you accept analytics cookies). Pages visited, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate location and cookie identifiers, processed through Google Analytics. Purpose: to understand how the site is used and improve it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Technical server logs. IP address, date and time and pages requested. Purpose: security and operation of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Cookies and local storage
Analytics cookies are only set if you give your consent. You can change or withdraw it at any time through the “Cookies” link in the site footer.

4. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by providers acting on our behalf, in particular the hosting and email service for the site and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google (Google Analytics). We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Using Google Analytics may involve transferring data outside the European Economic Area, notably to the United States. Such transfers rely on the mechanisms provided by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep data
Messages sent through the form are kept for as long as needed to answer the request and follow up on any resulting relationship, in line with applicable legal time limits. Analytics data is kept for a limited period set in our account configuration (14 months at most).
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to and port your data, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
